We purchased this fine bull From Bob Loomis at the Red McCombs Fiesta sale on May 7, 2005. Not only does he throw great color, he also produces awesome flat horns and size to his progeny.  We have high hopes for the combined genetics of JK Sterling 262 and Dixie Goer. Look at our foundation females and heifers pages to view the high quality offspring that this bull has produced.  We have several Dixie Goer heifers and bulls for sale at all times

Sterling's ninth calf crop is arriving on The Struthoff Ranch this year and is very colorful.   He has continued to pass on his size and horn growth to his offspring.   Sterling has been listed in the "Top Living Sires" year after year.   He was rated number eight in the "Top Sale Sires" of  2000 in the May/June 2001 edition of  The Longhorn Journal.  Sterling has consistently produced large horned offspring, such as, "Lady Lite" at 71-1/8".  A grand-daughter "Poco Lady BL", at two years old, won the TLBAA Horn Showcase with 59-1/2" of horn.  View Sterling's progeny on our foundation females, heifers and prospect herd sires pages. We have several Sterling heifers and bulls for sale at all times.
